Boneless Pork Loin Roast with Apple Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients

1 pkg. (about 3 pounds) Farmland® EXTRA-TENDER® Boneless Pork Loin - Center Cut

1 cup chunky applesauce
-
1/2 cup red currant jelly
-
1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
Preparation

Heat oven to 325°F. Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan. Do not cover. Roast to an internal temperature of 150°F.

Meanwhile, make sauce by heating applesauce, jelly and horseradish in small saucepan only until blended.

When roast reaches 150°F. spread about 1/4 cup of sauce over roast. Continue roasting about 15 minutes to glaze roast and until internal temperature reaches 160°F. for medium doneness. Serve remaining sauce with roast.

1/4 cup lowfat sour cream

4 (approx. 1-inch thick) Farmland® Nutrition Wise™ Boneless Pork Loin - Center Cut for Chops

1 1/2 cups cornbread stuffing mix

freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 375°F. Spread sour cream over pork chops, coating all sides. Coat with cornbread stuffing mix. Place coated pork chops on rack in shallow baking pan. Season with pepper.

Bake chops, uncovered, 45 minutes, or until done. Serve immediately.

Honey Sesame Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients

1 pkg. Farmland® ALL NATURAL* Boneless Pork Tenderloin, (about 1 lb.)

1/2 cup soy sauce
-
1 teaspoon minced garlic
-
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
-
1 tablespoon sesame oil
-
1/4 cup honey
-
2 tablespoons brown sugar
-
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preparation

Place tenderloin in resealable plastic bag; add soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil; seal bag and toss to mix thoroughly. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.

Heat oven to 425°F. Remove tenderloin from marinade, discarding marinade. On shallow plate mix together honey and brown sugar; place sesame seeds on another plate.

Roll tenderloin in honey mixture to coat evenly, then roll in sesame seeds. Place in shallow pan and roast for 20 to 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
Serves 4

Pork Chops with Honey and Garlic
Ingredients
Preparation

Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium-high heat. Add pork chops to skillet and brown 3 minutes on each side. Remove chops from skillet. Cover and keep warm.

Stir together remaining ingredients. Add to skillet; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Return pork chops to skillet and cook until done.
